Dr. Hohler completed the Boston University Seven Year Accelerated Medical Program in 1998. Dr. Hohler received a ROTC scholarship and upon completion of medical school entered the United States Army. She completed a neurology internship and residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Dr. Hohler served as Chief of the Neurology Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center from 2002-2004 and Neurology Residency Program Director 2005-2006. Dr. Hohler completed a movement disorder fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine and joined the staff in 2007. Dr. Hohler serves as Director of the movement disorder section of the Braintree Rehabilitation Facility. Dr. Hohler participates in the management of Parkinson’s disease patients and adjusts patients with Deep Brain Stimulation. Her area of patient focus and research is advanced Parkinson’s disease and Parkinson Plus syndromes. Dr. Hohler is involved in autonomic research in Parkinson’s disease and MSA patients. Dr. Hohler is also actively involved in medical education research, and research on abuse and violence and its impact on neurology patients. Dr. Hohler is the Assistant Dean of Clinical Development and serves as the field specific advisor for medical students interested in neurology and is the advisor for the student interest group in neurology. Dr. Hohler teaching awards from American Academy of Neurology in 2003, 2005, and 2012 respectively. She has also received the Army Achievement medal, The Army Commendation Medal, and Two Meritorious Service Medals for excellence in clinical and teaching skills while serving on active Duty from 1998-2006. Dr. Larry Good has been a practicing gastroenterologist since 1978. Maxwell is a Fellow of several prestigious organizations, including the American College of Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He is a practicing gastroenterologist on the faculty of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
